Yay! I exercised today! June

Thought I would start us off on a new exercise thread for June... 30 minute walk to work this morning. I will also be walking to WW (about 20 minutes) and then home fromt here (about 35-40 minute walk) Let's get moving! :tread: |

Sunday, May 30, 2004: 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes treadmill Monday, May 31, 2004: rest (maybe a walk later...) |
Tuesday 30 minutes of yoga :cloud9:

Tuesday, Curves plus 15 minutes of stretches.

Tuesday again.....1hour and 30 minutes of bellydancing

Wednesday, June 2, 2004: 30 minutes treadmill, 30 minutes weights, 20 minutes bicycle |
Wednsday: A tiny bit of dance practice.

Yesterday I did a run with doggie. :snail:
Today, mow the lawn :moo: and did Cathe Friedrich's Upper Body Pyramid. :strong: Ta Daaaaaaaaa. :faint: These Emoticons are fun! |
1 hour of bellydance class tonight :D

Walked today about 2 miles, and did some yoga--about 40 minutes. :high:

Thursday - walked 30 minutes. Had a panic attack which must have burned off some calories!!!

Monday 60 minutes of walking, 60 minutes of bellydancing :D
