Okay chicks, it's "official" I now consider myself a "runner." (well kind of :) ) Last Saturday as I was nearing the end of my walk I decided to try jogging the last little bit and lo and behold, I survived (Yippiee). So I've been jogging the last portion of my walk since then (and by last portion we're talking 100-150 feet maybe 200 feet :) . My goal is to slowly increase the time I jog, so that hopefully by the end of the summer, I'll be jogging the entire distance. The endorphin rush I'm getting from my very limited jogging is more than making up for the fact that my lungs feel like they're on fire. :flame:

37 minutes on my GAZELLE

Yes I did sweat! :stress:

Congratulations, Graceful Goddess! That is a big accomplishment. I am not really a jogger or a runner yet. I'm doing interval training on the treadmill, and I alternate brisk walking with jogging and running. Kills my lungs, too!

Keep up the great work!

I managed to bowl 2 games Saturday night..itchy eyes and all!! I had a 217 & 167. Wouldn't ya know it later on that night the stitches that were itching my eyes fell out?? (Well one did, the other I got tweezers.) Figures AFTER I bowl. :dizzy:
