...the weekly weigh in! This morning the scale told me that I lost another 1lb but we shall see when I go to my WW meeting tonight

I tried to eat well on the weekend and did exercise a bit so I am hoping that I have lost or at least maintain - I am so close to my 10% goal I can taste it - no pun intended


It broke my six week streak of losing a pound a week, but I'm not upset, I still lost! I know that I slacked on my exercise, but I kept my eating in check. This week I have Spring Break, so I have plenty of time to keep up my exercise.
Down I go again.
