Lunch: awesome shepards pie (topped with mashed cauliflower not potatoes)

1/2 grapefruit
6 prunes

Dinner: grilled summer squash
gardernburger chix patty
2 glasses water
warm water with lemon

tofutti cutie ice cream

1/2 grapefruit

Thursday

homemade chicken soup
crackers with lf cheese
green grapes
Thai red curried chicken
rice
broccoli
1 can fresca

1 hour belly dancing

Friday
1 lf muffin
coffee
turkey sandwich
milk

Dinner out at a Persian restaurant:
Mahi Mahi in a cumin based sauce
some rice
salad
Persian ice cream - pistachio and saffron flavour
*took home some Persian rice pudding which I ate as a midnight snack

Saturday
Scrambled eggs with sausages
1 cup homefries
coffee
Tortière (French Canadian meat pie)
beans
new white potatoes
1 beer

Monday

1 packet of instant oatmeal
1 coffee
1 cup tea
chilli
2 slices of bread
1 6inch subway veggie sub with cheese on whole wheat bread
1 bottled water
1 French Vanilla cappucino from Tim Horton's

Going to bed now before I eat the entire contents of the fridge - hmph- pms!

1 chicken breast- broiled with lemon and cajun seasoning
2 cups of mixed brocolli and cauliflowe- with salt and light butter

Snack- 3 tablespoons of cream cheese mixed with 8 olives

16oz of water- so far
