slimfast shake with 1 cup 1 % milk 1 tea with sweetener salad beef curry stew 1 cup no fat yogurt 1 apple and tonight I will have a 6" cold cut trio sub and then I weigh in........... :devil: |

Feeling a bit better today (cough, cough, cough) Tuesday: Slept through breakfast Soup, crackers and tea for lunch lots of water and herbal tea actually had more soup for dinner :( |

1 coffee 1 muffin homemade Scotch Broth soup wheat crackers & low fat cheese 1 WW 2 points bar lots of water and herbal tea dinner will be baked porkchop with greens beans and brown rice 1 can v-8 |
