chicken soup with crackers
herbal tea
more soup

2 Kashi Go-Lean Blueberry Waffles w/SF FF Syrup
1 Glass Apple Juice

1 Serving Spaghetti
3 Meatballs
1 Quart Water

Snacks:
1 Diet Dr. Pepper

beef curry stew
1 cup no fat yogurt
1 apple
and tonight I will have a 6" cold cut trio sub

Tuesday:

Slept through breakfast
Soup, crackers and tea for lunch
lots of water and herbal tea
actually had more soup for dinner :(

8 cookies (low fat lemon tea biscuits - yum)
