  • Ok, this is helping me! Looking back at last week, I'm just eating way too many carbs.
    Today I did bad, I had popcorn again. I usually eat it once or twice a week at most, and that is the only thing Non-SBD that has passed my lips in 3 months and 3 days! However, I've had it twice in 3 days. Too much! On top of that, I see that I am eating too many good carbs. Their good, but just way too many per day.

    D IHOP - Omelet and Harvest Grain pancakes with SF syrup

    BTW, the Harvest Grain and Nut pancakes are NOT SBD legal, I think. I had read on the internet somewhere that it was acceptable, but after leaving there, my nose got runny and my head 'filled up', a weird reaction I get to eating bad carbs.

    I need salad 3 meals a day tomorrow. I feel like crap!

    no breakfast...got up too late..

    1 Banana
    1 Glass Cranberry/Pineapple Mix Juice
    1 Quart Water

    ½ Bowl Spaghettios
    1 Bowl Thai Bean Soup
    1 Cup Detox/Cleansing Tea
    1 Quart Water

    Snacks:
    1 Pear

    1 packet banana bread flavoured oatmeal
    1 coffee with cream and sugar
    1 banana
    2 cups of homemade Italian chicken soup
    6 stoned wheat crackers
    2 triangles of laughing cow cheese
    1 "Just 2 Points bar"
    3 decaf teas
    2 16 oz glasses of water
    Subway-cold cut trio on wholewheat with veggies, swiss cheese and mustard
  • Tuesday

    1 Turkey Sandwich
    1 Pear
    1 Quart Water

    1 Small Salad (Italian Dressing)
    ½ Bowl of Turkey Cheesey Potato Meal
    1 Glass Milk

    Snacks:
    1 Tootsie Pop
    1 Diet Dr. Pepper
    1 SF/FF Fudgecicle
    15 Pretzels
  • 1 packet cinnamon roll flavoured oatmeal
    1 coffee with cream and sugar
    2 cups of homemade Scotch broth soup
    6 stoned wheat crackers
    2 triangles of laughing cow cheese
    2 16 oz glasses of water

    Dinner tonight:
    grilled chicken with mushrooms, fresh garlic, onions and steamed broccoli
    served over 1 cup wholewheat pasta and tossed with a little olive oil and parmesan cheese.
    side salad of romaine lettuce with bacon bits and low sugar ceasar dressing
    1 can of fresca

    snack:
    1 cup of light hot chocolate with a few marshmallows

    1 Big Fat Navel Orange
    20 Sunflower Seeds

    Thanks Noodles! It was pretty darned tasty- so much that I am having the leftovers for dinner before going to dance class tonight

    Salad of romaine lettuce, tomato, raw brocolli, cheese, lean ham, and low sugar dressing
    1 can of V-8
    15 cashews
    2 triangles of laughing cow cheese with celery
    2 16 oz glasses of water

    Dinner tonight: again
    grilled chicken with mushrooms, fresh garlic, onions and steamed broccoli
    served over 1 cup wholewheat pasta and tossed with a little olive oil and parmesan cheese.

    15 M & M's Peanut Choc. Candies (Hey...I could of ate the whole bag but...)

    Saturday:
    1 Timmy's coffee
    1 sesame bagel with cream cheese
    1 bowl of beef noodle soup
    breton crackers
    tea
    lemon pepper sole
    broccoli and cauliflower

    Snack:
    carrots with hummus dip

    1 Plate Homemade Spaghetti

  • I love those laughing cow triangle wedge cheeses!!!!! I miss them too since I am doing the Fat Flush Plan. Here's what I ate today:

    12 0z. cranberry juice (unsweetened) with a T. of flaxseed meal
    hot water with lemon

    two eggs scrambled with green pepper and a meatless b'fast patty

    20 oz. of water while walking at the Y

    4 oz. chicken on a bed of spinach and lettuce, no dressing, just some flaxseed oil and apple cider vinegar sprinkled on the top (it actually was good!)

    12 oz. cranberry water

    one grapefuit

    24 oz. cranberry water

    Garden Burger Rib patty
    zucheni cooked in chicken broth and garlic

    12 oz. cranberry water with the T. of flax meal

    hot water with lemon

    The grapefruit was my "snack". Hey it's two days down and 12 to go!
