Virtual Model

  • I was reading someone's blog on Xanga, and she had created a model of herself on the following website... one of her weight, height, etc. now... and the other of where she hopes to be. I did the same and found it very motivating to keep going!!! You can even rotate the model to see side views, etc.

So anyhow, I thought I'd share the link in case any of you want to try it (you can actually goof around with the model without registering, and if you want to save 'em to your computer but not register, just right-click on the photo and choose "save as" and the location):

I was really surprised that the LARGEST different was when I modified my weight now by -15 lbs.

    Gonna go exercise now...
  • Thanks Formia... I remember doing that a couple of years ago. Geez, I'm fat.
  • Ellis, I thought that too!
  • Very cool!

I have figured out I don't want to be my medical "ideal" weight. I really didn't like the way the model looked. Too little. I like being more, uh, rounded. And it is very inspiring to lose something!!
  • Neat to see what I might look like when I reach my goal

    Thanks Formia!
  • I wonder what I'd look like at 450 pounds...
  • Hmmm... max weight is 350. I didn't look too hot.
  • I love my virtual model. It's been very inspiring for me! The only real problem is that she's - um...... - smoother than me.
  • ... smoother than me...
I was thinking the same thing, Star. I weigh 183 right now, and I'm NOT very firm!
  • I hate the virtual model. Gravity does not effect her. My boobs have never been perky (remember DDD in 6th grade) and her's stand on end! And where is the virtual cellulite? Or the virtual stretch marks?
