Thanks Mauvais. :)

Jen - is it all put together?

Did another 20 minute yoga session tonight. :D

GOOD GOD!!! It's Squeak in the exercise section again! :yikes: I'm VERY proud of you, sweetie!

I worked out for an hour at the gym this morning, and just got back from an hour and a half of yoga. Feel like I've been beaten with a large stick.

I did the 1 mile WATP video BEFORE work today! and prolly a 40 minute walk with the doggie on the beach tonight :D

:bravo: to us all!

My goal for this week is to exercise at least 15 minutes every day... I'm doing good so far! Last night I did 20 minutes of yoga and today I'm going to do at least 15 minutes on my exercise ball. (I LOVE THAT THING! Most of the time I'm just too lazy to use it except for sitting on when there are people over and I run out of couch space. :o )

I know 20 minutes of yoga doesn't seem like much, but it's better than the zero minutes of nothing that I usually do, so I am celebrating small victories. (With a sticker! I get a sticker in my workbook every day that I meet my weekly goal. It works for me. )

Way to go exercisers :cp: Keep it up!

I'm especially proud of you Squeaker - you are on a roll :bravo:

I have been to sick to exercise this week but I am going to get back to it as soon as I am well enough...darn this stupid cold!

This is so true! I need to keep this in mind. Sometimes I get down on myself because I only have energy to do small work outs. I need to remember that it's better than nothing at all. Thanks, navi, for putting it in perspective.

Mauvais, I didn't know you were sick! :( Would you like me to bring you a little chicken soup? :)
Hope you're feeling better soon, hon. :grouphug:

Glad you're feeling better, Mauvais.

Sflake, are you still sick! :grouphug:

I had a great workout today. I actually ran for 8 minutes (5 and then another 3 later) on the treadmill.
And yesterday I did a really good weight workout. Oh, and I ran for 5 minutes yesterday, too! :D

mauvaisroux 10-11-2003 09:35 AM

Yay Ellis! :cp: Way to go on the treadmill.

Again I walked around Chinatown last night before having dinner and going to a movie -where I did not eat ANY junk! :D

Thanks, Mauvais and Squeak. :)
And congratulations to you, too, Mauvais!

Squeak, are you cooking on Monday? If you're having turkey and stuffing I'll be right over... oh crap! It's not Thanksgiving there! DAMN! We just had the big family dinner at Mom and Dad's. Dad made CHILI!!!! :yikes: It was good, but I LOVE turkey.
Squeak, you're making turkey on Monday.
