Hit the 10 pound mark

Well, I am now officially excited and exremely motivated. This morning I hit the 10 pound mark and am feeling good. Not just about the pounds that I have said goodbye to, but becauce of how I feel right now...good!

I feel very fortunate to have found these boards, it has been a very important part of the process for me.
