Saturday has been my official weigh-in day since I started, and even though I did step on the scale this morning I wasn't going to count it as an "official" weigh...... but I've been thinking about it today, and since I've been over-eating for the past week or so and we're all starting fresh this month, I will change my weekly weigh-in day to Monday (I weighed the same this morning and yesterday morning)....that might help keep me more honest over the weekends! I've gained one pound since my Saturday weigh-in....I'm up to 188. :( But I've been very good so far today, so I'm off to a good start.
