I was just happy and didn't know where to post this - so I decided I love myself was a good place.
It's really - people love me. Which is still good, right? *L*

So, I had the best birthday I've had in a really long time. My co-worker who i'm friends with picked me up from work this morning - seranaded me in the driveway and gave me a cool pagan-y gift. Then my boss sang to me over the PA and another friend/coworker got me a pie. A German Chocolate Chocolate (yes, i wrote it twice on purpose) pie. Nummmy! Most of the customers were nice to me.
And when I came home - hubby had taken the day off, cleaned the whole house, and made me a fancy gormet dinner (he found it from the food network even! *LOL*). People from my family called me all day and it was just nice.
Saturday I'm doing my b-day dinner and sunday i am going out with family members all day, and i'm just in a really good mood.
YAY Me. :)

Well, I DON'T love myself today because I've really been screwing up on this diet. I've kept the 15 pounds off, but haven't lost anything for about a MONTH because I'm cheating a little everyday.
SOOOOOOOO... I am GOING to love myself today! I am going to love myself and NOT be a garbage can for food. I'm going to respect my body's needs and have a good day!

I love myself today so I had a nice scented bubble bath and gave myself a manicure and a pedicure - nothing like pampering yourself to give yourself a boost! :D

I love myself today because I'm taking control of my life. My body type puts me at risk for heart problems and I'm working on changing it.
