YEESH!! I decide to start weighing on Mondays to stay on track with the rest of you, and NONE OF YOU HAVE CHECKED IN YET!!!!!!

Okay...stayed the same. That is okay because I just started TOM, and been having a lot of sodium the last few days. Hopefully I'll be down next week!!!

Den, it's good that you're maintaining... that's very important, too!!

Ummmm, I'm maintaining at 177, and if I don't lose at least a pound this week I'm going to .... I don't know...
Actually, I think I may go back onto Phase One next week if I screw up again this week. I need to get myself together...

Back from my business trips and managed to stay OP! wa~ho! and have finally, finally, finally broke the 200 mark and am now 196!!!!!!!!!!! yesterday was my 6th month in the program so had to redo the blood work. Can't wait to see what the numbers look like!

Ellis-I have been thinking the same. Been having more cravings since starting phase 2!! Let's see if we can get it together, and if not let's do phase 1 next week!!!

Ginya-WOO HOO!!!!! Congratulations!!! You are doing REALLY WELL!!!! Hope I can make it to 1derland (as Ruth calls it!) one day too.....

I am still holding at 170.5, which I am happy with since I have ate like a :ink: for the last week or 2.

HI SQUEAK!!!!
If you can maintain until you get back on track you are doing WONDERFULLY!!!! I had to relose weight plus I had gained another 5 over my highest weight ever. So keep on maintaining, and when you are ready jump back in again!!!

I've decided to join you girls. Mondays are my weigh in day as well. Yesterday I weighed 214.
I Have already lost a total of 26 pounds. Feburary of this year I weighed 240. I'm slowly making progress.

Oh well, this week I have been anywhere between 144.5 and 146 (146 this morning). I am thinking 'bout South Beach again, or maybe trying a strict phase 2 for a week or so and see...I am not a big meat eater, but maybe beans and tofu and chicken would be OK as protein. And Bocas. And no cashews, only pistachios.

For now, I have gone back to the dear old food diary. Wasn't worth doing in England, all cream sauce and garibaldis (not at the same time though)

I usually weigh in on a Wednesday/thursday/or Friday, because I hate doing it monday when I usually screw up the weekends :lol:
