New to this message board and alternachicks seemed fitting so here I am:D I'm just starting my weight loss journey, though I've been down this road many times. I'm hoping this time will be different, fingers crossed XXX.

Welcome to the site - I am sure you will find it helpful and motivational whatever your own goals are.
I have only been on for a couple weeks now and I find it really helpful.
