Trying to follow an alternative IP diet. On the Jay Robb shakes and following the salad veggie protein protocol...just can't find a way to replace my tasty coffee in the morning which I used to love with tons of powdered creamer. Tried to put my protein powder in it but it didn't work. Tried WF marshmallow and chocolate sauce...NOT!! Any thoughts on a 1 carb sugar free coffee mate?
