Weight is still 209 BUT my fasting BGL average is now averaging
in the sixes! I get the official results of the last test on Thirsday so will know for sure. Something is working. I may be a fat corpse but I won't die of diabetes!

I'm still 151.5. I won't make my Easter goal of 145. so I guess I hope now to get it to 150 pounds for Easter.

The mini freak out of mid-week is gone. I am not up to 166. It must have been bloating or something. I am actually down a 1/2 pound from last Monday.

I am going to try for 161.5 by next Monday/Sunday for the Easter Challenge. Then I will at least be back to my lowest from the last few months.

Even if that does mean I have to excercise...

I'm feeling pretty good today chickies... I'm down 2 pounds this week, for a grand total of 19 pounds! :cb: Plus I am in the 170's, which is just a miracle. I have never lost this much weight at once without regaining... even when I was taking phen/fen I only lost about 18 pounds.

And its that time of month for me... out with the tape measure. I'm also very pleased with these measurements. I lost at least 1/4 inch most places. Plus, check out the circumference and hip measurements this month! Yippee!

Neck: 14" (same)
Shoulders: 42" (down 1", total 5")
Biceps: 13 3/4" (down 1/4', total 1 1/4")
Forearms: 10 1/2" (down 1/4", total 1/2")
Chest: 34 1/2" (down 1/2", total 3 1/2")
Bust: 42" (same, total 4")
Waist: 33 3/4" (down 1/4", total 3 3/4")
Hips: 44 1/2" (down 1 1/4", total 4") :D
Thighs: 26 3/4" (down 1/4", total 2 1/4")
Calves: 15 1/4" (same, total 1/2")
Largest Circumference: 49" (down 1 1/2", total 5") :D

I'm shrinking!

You will all inspire me this week. I am 145 but bloated from you know what. I am aiming for 140 sometime over the summer - I know, by the time we go away in early July for a family visit.

Hello, I am old drop out, looking to return! I started a diet a year ago today with an all time high weight of 195! Managed to drop down to 138 by September! Was diagnosed with Breast Cancer then. Went through all the treatments & have managed to creep up to 150! So I am back on track & ready to shed 25, or at least the 15 I am up. I recognize a few old timers here and looking forward to catching up & hope to meet some new buddies with anyone that has come since I left!

Had to travel & you know you can eat a lot of junk out of boredom waiting for a training, riding the train, waiting for a cab, waiting for meeters....LOL! Oh well tomorrow, fresh clean start!

CHRISSSSSSSS YEAH!!!! Look everyone Chris is back. Welcome back Chris. I have been wondering how you were doing? I hope your health is well. Nice to have you back with us.
Well girls, I went to TOPS tonight depressed thinkjing I gained, but was very surprised to find I lost 3 1/4 pounds this week. That brings me down to 223 3/4 almost a 46 pound lose from 270. I am so excited. Things are pretty good in my life right now. Can't really complain. I do however, need to get my butt to the gym on a more regular basis, but other than that I am riding my bike and Pam and I walk almost everyday. She is great, I love her to peices.
Well, chicks, I must get some work done around hear, nice chatting with youi all, and CHris welcome back again.

Oh my, will I ever get back on track? Today was birthday lunch at work. Once a month we go out for the birthdays that month, & today we went to Pizza Hut, Very good, but not healthy!:ink:

Oh well I did get home early so I will have to run a little extra harder tonight.

I will catch everyone up, & fill in those who don't know me...(Or my rambling posts!

So far the breast cancer is OK. I had 2 lumpectomy's & finished the radiation without any real problems. I started the tamoxifen & have gained the 10-15 pounds (depending which day I weigh in) that is expected with it. I am now frustrated & need to get back at it. I did get into running & run 3 miles at least 5 days a week, but try for every day. I am hanging in there, but there are days that I wonder how I ended up with this!

My husbands father is very ill. He has cancer as well & lately it is like sitting around waiting for him to pass. It is hard on the kids watching the process.

OK well I got out of work early so I better get moving! See everyone soon!

:) I finally hit 150!!!!!!!!!

I finally was able to set the scale at 100 on the bottom and move the top piece to 50. Previously I started at 150 on the bottom and added on.

It was a joyous moment.

It made me know I could go on!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats!!!! And keep up the great work! Just another 5 pounds & you will be half way there! Can I ask how tall you are? They say my healthiest weight is 129, but anytime I get to 140-135, I can never get any lower. At 140 it gets hard & never stays at 135 more than a day, then it jumps right back up! I don't think I will ever really make my goal. I just keep having to tell myself how far I have really come!
