Weekly weigh-in or measure March 16+

  • Down to 203! Something is working!
  • 191. I've gained a pound and a half, but I'm going to the Y today for the first time in over a month! No coughing fits, I hope.

  • Scale is teetering btwn 190-191. I did not gain a pound so it will be off real quick! I am sure of it. It better be! I haven't been trying this hard for nothing!!!!!

    I am down another pound this week. Of course, that just means I lost the pound and a half that I had gained in the last month. but hey, I'm happy with it!

    This puts me down 16.5 pounds! Whoo hoo! I am motivated with this Cancun trip coming up... I have committed to walking everyday until I leave. Hopefully the pounds will just melt away! Now I am going to go for a walk in this beautiful weather.
