Hello all...
Hello everyone, I'm new to the board and thought i'd pop in here and say hi. I've always been on the larger side of healthy and for the past 3-4 years I've been trying to lose weight. I've managed to lose 10-20kg in that time, most of it after having my son (who is now 15months old), but seem to have plateaued recently. So I thought I'd look for a place I can come for support and to support others with their battle, googled "weight loss community" and here I am!
