    Feb 10

    Breakfast:

    Oatmeal muffin
    coffee

    Lunch:
    did not get to have lunch until 3:40 PM
    had my salad and some fruit

    Dinner:
    Roast Chicken
    Potatoes
    Gravy
    mixed Green and yellow beans

    Way too many cups of tea throughout the day

    Breakfast:
    instant oatmeal
    coffee


    Snack:
    a couple of timbits
    non-fat yougurt

    Lunch:

    big salad full of veggies, cheese and roasted ham
    1 apple

    dinner:
    wholewheat penne pasta tossed with stirfried ground beef, garlic, red & green peppers, onions, mushrooms, diced canned tomatoes, ground pepper and italian seasonings

    Water:

    drank 4 16 0z glasses today
    and only 1 decaf tea
  • Wednesday, Feb. 12

    Breakfast:
    oatmeal
    coffee

    Snack:
    1 orange
    decaf tea

    Lunch:
    Ham sandwich on brown bread with dijon mustard
    cubed cheddar cheese
    green grapes

    Snack:
    non-fat yogurt

    Dinner:
    Pasta leftovers from Tuesday night

    Lunch:

    Big salad with broccoli, cheese, ham and tomato, balsamic vinigraitte dressing
    Melba toast
    1 orange

    Snack:
    non-fat yougurt
    apple

    Dinner:
    pork chops
    veggies

    B: Kashi Good Friends, skim milk, toast

    L:salad with chicken, 2 rice cakes, diet fudgsicle

    S: rice crackers, light popcorn

    D: corn flakes, skim milk

    S: puffed wheat, granola bar

    [too much cereal eh what!]

    February 13:

    B: puffed wheat, skim milk

    L: Boca on bun, diet fudgsicle

    S: rice crackers, light popcorn

    D: Lean Cuisine, salad

    PMS: dry cereal, granola bar, diet fudgsicle


    February 14:

    B: 1/2 bagel, fat free cream cheese, coffee with skim milk

    L: dry bagel, corn flakes, skim milk

    S: apple, rice crackers, light popcorn

    D: Lean Cuisine, salad, baby carrots


    I am going to switch back to oatmeal to fill me up in the morning, and lay off all the cereal and toast! Writing it out here really made me see that this has been the Week of the Endless Breakfast! Ugh!

    Greek food=
    dolmades
    spanokopita
    tatziki and grilled pita bread
    calmari
    Galaktoboureko (dessert )
    2 glasses of Greek wine (hopa! )


    February 15

    Breakfast:
    kashi cereal with 2 % milk
    coffee

    Lunch:
    mortadella on panini roll
    couscous salad

    Dinner:
    Going out for a friend's birthday -Indian food!
    (planning on eating butter chicken mmmm... )
    and probably an Indian beer
  • I haven't posted my food in awhile. Let's see if I was good today.

    BF: 2 cups coffee

    Snack: part of a gormet cookie my niece wouldn't eat! (100 cal)

    Lunch: BLT 2 slices bread (140)
    mayo (20)
    tomatoe and lettuce (30)
    3 slices turkey bacon (100) Total= 290

    apple and T. fat free carmel dip 100

    Dinner: Boca burger, cottage cheese, salad 500

    Snack: yogurt 220; little cheese wedge and a few pretzels 120

    Total= 1350

    Oh good, I was well behaved. Today was a big protein day!

    Slept late didn't eat

    Mortadella sandwich on panini roll

    Dinner:
    roast beef
    Yorkshire pudding
    potatoes
    broccoli
    gravy
    1 glass red wine
