3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community - wher the heck have I been???????

well folks, its been a long strange trip indeed! I have not dropped off the face of the earth, but have actually been in the process of starting over, everything, new job (that didn't pan out) new lifestyle, and new attitude. So, after traveling, working and basically falling apart over the holidays, I have grabbed myself by my collar, shook myself a few good times, and positioned myself face to face with myself. UGH! I am better, wiser, a bit more black and blue and back!
I finally realized I am totally helpless by myself on this little trip to 'less bountiful', so I joined one of those weight loss places. Doing very well and will continure to work on this. Walking 1/2 hour every day, hoping to increase that as time comes. And getting better at not hating the person that I am. I think that is the biggest challenge. I have set up reasonable goals and am determined to make this work. With all your help, I know I can do this thing!:dizzy:
