Imagine eating stale French Crisps! That's disgusting! That's as bad as Ellis picking Bridge Mixture out of the garbage bin!

Some pain in the *** chick has started eating a handful of cookies at 4:30 in the morning while still half asleep. She gets up to get a drink and eats the cookies too.

Thanks for the poem chickies! I did not cave in to the buttertarts llast night I stayed on line so long that the store closed and I had nowhere to get the dreaded (but yummy) tarts from. So far no cravings today
Oh, dear Squeak, sleep eating as well as sleep walking?

Well I was desperate for chocolate last night too. And then I remembered that I had a package of Hershey mini eggs left over from Christmas that no one else knew about - just a little package. And I went to get it the minute I was alone...but when I opened it they all had this sort of waxy stuff on them - even I could not eat them, it was gross - and believe me, I have been know to retrieve chocolate from the garbage. But this was awful. And then I thought about the mini eggs again and again...but they were too gross. I had an oatmeal bar instead. But it is 200 cals and 6 grams of fat. And the main thing DD eats in her school lunch these days (not to worry, there are several still left!)
And I still want chocolate. Dark chocolate, and mint. I will promise myself ONE peppermint patty on Saturday (or Sunday, as I might have to stay home with a sick child - poor DD of the oatmeal bars!)

I was in a meeting at work today and they had snacks which I totally ignored for the first hour. The second hour of the meeting got more emotional for me and I started eating wheat thins. Then a handfull of cookies. More wheat thins except now with dip. More honey grahams. Some chips. Some peanut butter cookies. More wheat thins with dip. 2 pieces of pizza and 4 girl scout cookies. I AM SO GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!EMOTIONAL EATING SUCKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

Yeah, but you're pretty much the norm around here, sweetie.
Don't beat yourself up... start afresh tomorrow...

I finally reeled myself in (thanks to all who gave me kicks in the arse!) and had a fantastic day yesterday. I even went to the grocery store and resisted the Ben & Jerry's - woohoo!
