I am right there with you Mauvais.
I am up 2 to 158. If keep this up I will weigh more then when I decided I wanted to try and lose. It will be a year in March and I started at 157.
But I also have been living on take out and stress food, which I know hasn't helped. Time to get my butt in gear.

Shocking...
Well somehow, despite a week of eating out and suffering from pre-menstrual bloat... I am down a 1/2 pound. This will be my last Monday weigh-in for a few weeks, as I am leaving for Thailand this Friday! I will be sure to weigh in on Friday though, so I will be able to tell if I lost or gained anything during the trip.
198/184/130
So this puts me down 14 pounds... just one more and I will be at that first fifteen pound loss! Wow... I still am not used to being in the 180's. I can hardly belive that the 170's are only 4 1/2 pounds away!!! Of course, its my birthday this week so that can only mean more dinners out and probably a piece of cake or two (ummm... that actually already started this weekend...).

Sojo and OI812, well done! I am so happy for you!
Squeaker & Mauvais, I hear you. I have been stuck around 145 (sometimes 146...) since before Christmas. But 144 this morning, which was where I WAS at, at some point in December, don't recall when...it seems like ages ago! You are doing great too, please don't be discouraged. As long as we all pay attention, the rest will follow - with time.

Sort of hovering between 189 and 190. So no accomplishments last week.
Here's to a good week!

207.0 and BGL is all over the place! I'm on some new meds for it so we will see.
Blood pressure is excellent! 110/70 so I must be doing something right.

162 here. I gained a half a pound, despite a pretty good week.
I do notice some of my clothes feel looser, so I'm guessing I'm putting on muscle. Still, I want to see that @#$%^& scale go
DOWN not up.
Cheers,
S.

Congrats to everyone - to the losers for losing and the non-losers for not giving up!
I was mad because I weighed on Saturday and was up a pound, weighed this morning and I'd lost that pound plus 2! Weird water-weight gain, I guess.
Anyway, I'm pleased as punch - I entered the January challenge to lose 8 pounds... and with 4 days left in the month, I've lost exactly 8!

Way to go Lunula!
Well, I sure as heck won't make the January challenge- I am up to 160 lbs
I have been very stressed out for the past week or so and not eating properly, too cold out so I haven't been exercising and I have been drinking too much tea and coffee at work in an effort to stay warm.
Tonight I am having Ceasar salad and a pasta dish made with wholewheat pasta and I am off to the gym after work for a swim session! Back on plan!
