I'm not doing the best with my weight right now. That ticker isn't moving. But it's always a process. Stick around!

I logged on and had a VERY similar title planned for my first post since coming back. It was depressing to have to go in and move my ticker BACKWARDS!

Welcome back! Remember, it's not how long it takes - it's how hard you work! Work hard, and it WILL happen.

Hey, I'm here to jump in the boat with the rest of you! You know, we have to pat ourselves on the back for not giving up. Once we finally find what works for us, we'll get where we need to be. The trick is to not give up.

I just had a light bulb go off in my head tonight that showed me how to work with, not against my body. So, there is another part of my evolution toward a healthier, thinner me.

Yes, it is great to have a place to come home to where everyone is in your corner.

I'm back and fat, too. I haven't been on since April...but I didn't gain in that time, which is good. I started a new food lifestyle ten days ago. I'm down a pound or two. I'm hoping to keep up with this forum for support.

Hi!
Good luck!
I am the heaviest I've ever been! I can't believe it. But I did lose 2 lbs this week so far. IT's a lot of effort for two pounds! I just keep thinking if even one person can lose 50 lbs, I can, too. There has to be a key for each of us. We just have to find it.

Get this, I'm back and fatTER. That's right, I am actually 175 not 162 as my bio would have you believe. Not only did I fail at losing weight I actually gaines 13 lbs. Awesome.

Starting over gives you a blank slate. You don't have to worry about what you didn't do in the past, just do it right from now on. :)

Have you given much consideration to what obstacles prevented you from sticking to your plan in the past? Sometimes, acknowledging them makes it easier to not be defeated by them again.

I'm also here, starting over! So, we're in the same boat. :)
