Ok, haven't been posting here for several days but I'm back on track today.

bowl of Oatmeal Raisin Crisp w/ skim milk
16 oz glass of water

whole wheat pita with red pepper hummus, cucumbers, & lettuce
16 oz glass of water

1 chocolate truffle
1 small caffe latte (skim milk)
16 oz glass of water

movie popcorn
giant diet coke

I had another good eating day. It is 8:30 now, so I am done eating. I do think I will have a glass of water now though.

My good eating and exercise is working. I'm into posting here. It really helps.

BF: yogurt (220)
2 coffees...w/trace of skim milk in them

Lunch: 10 carrots (the little guys)
1/2 cup kidney beans
rice, turkey burger, and slasa mixture
15 almonds
diet coke (550)

Dinner: Lean Cuisine Peanut Chicken (300)
salad w/ light dressing (100)
honeydew melon (50)

Snack: Luna bar (cranberry and nut...really good!)
tea (170)

around 1400 calories today!!

I can't believe what I used to eat. I am now getting used to less.

Friday January 10 --

B: 1 dry bagel, 1 cup skim milk (for 2 coffees)

L: wholegrain roll, 1 cup vegetable soup, 2 clementines

S: wholegrain roll, 3 gingersnaps (not the best snack I know!)

D: 1 1/2 cups mini shredded wheat w/bran
1/2 cup skim milk, 1 tsp sugar

PMS: 2 caramels, 1/2 meringue

(too much carb & sugar! but comes in at abt 1215 cals anyhow)

I screwed up today. And I'd decided to take a break from the gym. Sooooo, having just had an argument with DH (a twice yearly event ), I decided to go to the gym tonight and have just burned 500 calories.

- 1 slice whole wheat bread w/low fat marg
- 3 coffees with skim milk

- bowl of carrots w/no fat dip
- low fat vegetable dip w/baked chips

- 3 pieces low fat baked fish
- baked potato w/low fat marg
- carrots
- icky turnip

- bowl of cereal w/skim milk

- 7 waters
