1/1/03 breakfast - 2 poppyseed cookies (small), sugar free grape juice lunch - none dinner - ham, mashed potatoes, blackeye peas, collard greens, white wine hmmm..gotta go back to polish off my low carb plan :lol: , but I must say it has been a nice change these past couple weeks |

BF: 1 english muffin, white turkey meat, mustard and 1 slice fat free cheese.(371 calories) 16oz. water L:small spinach salad with mushrooms, grape tomatoes, cucumber and balsamic vinegar(not sure the calories, but probably only 50) Lean Cuisine(274) 16 oz.water S: 1 lg apple(70) D:small spinach salad(50) turkey sandwich on Bran Bread, with mustard)343) 16 oz. water S:1 lg seedless navel orange(62) Total calories for today is 1220 I'm going to the grocery store later and will pick of a variety of fruit so I'll come back and post what fruit I ate today too. |

stomach flu So far: - 4 waters - 3 cranberry juices - 5 little home made spring rolls from my neighbour. They seem to be staying down just fine. :D |

January 2: B: Fiber One, skim milk then we are going to the movies (love the movies!) and I am NOT eating Smarties...just a couple of hard candies (40-60 cals) L: will be salad or veggie sandwich D: soup or Lean Cuisine PMS: grapefruit and/or 2 diet fudgsicles & lots of water AFTER the movie - we are seeing Chamber of Secrets again, last time before video comes out! The good news is today I was back down a pound and a half...
Breakfast 1 bowl of oatmeal w/ raisins, brown sugar, and lite maple syrup (~350 cals) 16 oz glass of water Late Lunch (somehow my sister talked me into Mexican food but I did ok) a few too many chips w/ salsa but stayed under control 1/2 chicken chimichanga 1/4 cup refried beans 1/4 cup mexican rice lettuce, pico de gallo, 2 T sour cream 2 diet cokes Snack 1 small caffe latte with skim milk & 1/2 shot of white chocolate Dinner none... still full from lunch Snack 5 triscuits 2 16 oz glasses of water Went to bed very hungry, which means I did well today. :) |

Everyone's food sounds so yummy!!
Today was my first day back to work (I'm a teacher) and so I had to be more disciplined. I drove straight to the gym after work. Had a great workout and feel somewhat tired now. I think I'll finish off the day with tea and let's see if I earned a small cookie?? BF BF Burrito (homemade) est: 500 calories one cup coffee Snack: banana Lunch: stuffed pepper Snack: At 2PM: grapes At 4PM carrots Dinner: one can Campbells chunky soup: chicken and dumplings 420 calories Snack: tea & yep...I can have the small cookie and stay at 1500-1600 calories today!!!! Yes I drank my water! |

It's 5PM so I guess its safe to post my food now. BF: one cup coffee cream of wheat cereal Snack: Pria Powerbar, about 16oz. water Went to workout and had a liter more of water Lunch: tuna with the really lowfat mayo (25 cal. a Tablespoon) and two slices of multi grain bread and a yogurt, and a glass of skim milk Currently: 2 more cups of coffee (I'm freezing, I have been since I started working out)? Dinner: baked chicken w/ a light balsamic vinegar dressing couscous, and zucchini Snack: carrots and later an evening tea |

B: got up late, just skim milk in coffee L: 1 cup minestrone w/1 cup Savoy cabbage chopped in, wholegrain roll, 4 gingersnaps S: 1 Pep (chocolate peppermint patty - 150 cals) D: either Indian or Japanese takeout - yum yum!:) I might have a pink grapefruit now as we eat dinner late on Saturdays.
