B: 2 pieces whole wheat raisin toast w/scraping of diet marg coffee w/ skim milk L: salad (3 cups mixed greens) & 1 Tb Light Made Right dressing Boca on a bun w/mustard S: (probably) diet jello and/or pink grapefruit w/ 1 tsp sugar D: more salad as at lunch, and a Lean Cuisine PMS: 2 diet fudgsicles, possibly some Wasa crispbread & jam if I am very hungry and cranky (which is fairly likely!) 1 cup Kashi cereal with 1/2 cup 2% milk 1 cup coffee 1 small green salad, some hummous and tabouley with mini pitas for dipping a apple 1 bowl of wholewheat macaroni with tomatoes, burger, onion and mushrooms mixed in. 1 cup of pork rinds :P which I tried for the first time and discovered I don't like them! 5 glasses of water 2 herbal teas |

Brekkie: 1 slimfast bar coffee Lunch: sushi salad water Dinner meat pie, chips and beans in the grand style of british gourmets ;) December 20 BF: Herbal tea 2 chocolate truffles :o Lunch: cup o soup 2 mandarin oranges snack: oatmeal raisin muffin Dinner: not sure yet as we are going out for a GF's birthday and I plan on having a good solid meal so I don't eat junk at the movies afterwards :D |
