B: 2 pieces whole wheat raisin toast w/scraping of diet marg
coffee w/ skim milk

L: salad (3 cups mixed greens) & 1 Tb Light Made Right dressing
Boca on a bun w/mustard

S: (probably) diet jello and/or pink grapefruit w/ 1 tsp sugar

D: more salad as at lunch, and a Lean Cuisine

PMS: 2 diet fudgsicles, possibly some Wasa crispbread & jam if I am very hungry and cranky (which is fairly likely!)

1 cup Kashi cereal with 1/2 cup 2% milk
1 cup coffee

1 small green salad, some hummous and tabouley with mini pitas for dipping
a apple

1 bowl of wholewheat macaroni with tomatoes, burger, onion and mushrooms mixed in.

1 cup of pork rinds :P which I tried for the first time and discovered I don't like them!

5 glasses of water
2 herbal teas

B:--1 english muffin, 1 egg, 1 slice fat free cheese

L:--1 small chicken and spinach salad with balsamic vinegar and a lean cuisine

D:--Spinach Dip and 1 glass of wine

Snack:
1 large apple

Lunch:
Leftover macaroni concoction from last night's dinner

Snack:
Low-fat yogurt

Dinner
Pork roast
Gravy
cauliflower
Mixed green and yellow beans

I drank 5 glasses of water and had no tea all day-yay!

1 Asian pear ~ not sure if I liked it or not

Dinner:
We are going to DH's office party tonight at a swanky hotel so I'm not sure what I am eating.
I intend to have a glass or two of wine with dinner.

B: 1/2 small cup fat free peach yogurt, coffee w/skim milk

L: 1/2 cup Fiber One mixed w/1 cup Kashi Good Friends
with skim milk & 1 tsp sugar

S: (possibly) pink grapefruit

D: (probably) big salad of mixed greens, roast chicken strips & 1 Tb Light Made Right Caesar dressing

PMS: 2 diet fudgsicles & maybe a York peppermint patty (140 cals) if I am still under 1100 calories

meat pie, chips and beans in the grand style of british gourmets ;)

December 20

Herbal tea
2 chocolate truffles :o

Lunch:
cup o soup
2 mandarin oranges

snack:
oatmeal raisin muffin

Dinner:
not sure yet as we are going out for a GF's birthday and I plan on having a good solid meal so I don't eat junk at the movies afterwards :D

Went to a Christmas party and pigged out on wine and hor d'oeuvres :ink:

one Canadian maple doughnut :T

more snacks while visiting DH's relatives:
appetizers of puff pastry filled with salmon & cream cheese, sausage rolls etc. etc. red wine

Dinner:
roast pork
mashed potatoes & gravy
asparagus
ice cream
1 profiterole
more red wine :o

Snack:
cheese and crackers
tea
