Need help with avatars

Ok, so I'm stupid, I want to import an avatar and I don't know how to do it. Can anyone give me some instruction? Remember you're dealing with an idiot here. LOL!

At the very top left of this screen, you will see the words "User CP", click on that and then click on Edit Options, at the bottom of this page you will see "change Avatar" Click on that an your all set.
