New here- filled with fear, doubt, insecurity

Just a quick introduction:

I feel pretty isolated with my food addiction. None of my friends "get it". So I have been both suffering and trying to recover from a food addiction, alone. I have been searching for a supportive community of like-minded people. Here's hoping I can fit in here
