Shoot, don't know if this is gonna happen by new years. I'll keep plugging. Does anyone else retain water weight easily? Bleah. Eat one frozen dinner with rice and shoot up. :mad:

5% would be 15 pounds for me, and that's quite a lot to lose in less than a month. Then again, no pain, no gain... But still... I guess I'll wait two days (to get the frigging scales fixed), and then decide... |
Heya I know I've been gone for almost a month but life has been crazy so while I made it in every once in awhile to check on the forums I never bothered to sit still long enough to update.
11/3- 259.0 11/11- 253.4 down 5.6lbs 11/17- 258.6 up 5.2lbs 12/8- 251.0 down 7.6lbs |
So my friday weigh in for 12/24 put me at an even 250.0... 6lbs over goal, but still down by 9 since the start date, better then being up by 9 right :)
