  • I am going to try to have a healthy (not deep fried and no chips on the side) fish dinner once per week from now on. I never eat fish and it is supposed to be really good for you so here goes...
  • I am going to drink more water, I was doing really well, and have been slipping somewhat. Also need to get more outside walks in, I enjoy it more than the threadmill too, but love working out.
  • I'm going to track my food today. Details at Wildfire's "food journal" thread.
  • I am following Mauvais and going to try for more fish meals. I love seafood but fish is sort of blah to me - except battered and served with chips, dammit!
    I am going to Kingston tomorrow and will get some fish at the Loblaws superstore there. We had salmon last week so I will try for something different.
