I just started taking prenatal vitamins in place of my multi, hoping that it'll help with my hair, nails, and skin. I also take omega 3 fish oil capsules and a calcium/magnesium/zinc tablet. I was thinking of adding some B vitamins for energy but I'm not sure.

I might be a dope...but how does vitamin C help with weight loss?
