WooHoo, my first official weigh in of the month and therefore the year was a big one... not because of the actual loss, but I completed my first mini goal and so have shed my first stone (14lbs)!!!
I'm ploughing on through to the next goal of 14lbs. 1 stone down, 5 to go
Hey YAY awesomeness Maria!!! And I'm really glad you explained what a stone was. I've never known and I hear them talk about stones on the BBC and just wonder what that relates to in pounds.

Patchouli - I've always thought it weird that we're the only place to use Stones and lbs, but other places use lbs alone. Throw back to the good old days of the imperial system HA! I keep track of my weight in lbs alone as well as stones and lbs because my mum likes to keep her scale in stones and lbs and WW online tracks in St&lbs but mostly people on here use lbs alone.
I haven't been exercising, although sticking to my points the scale won't budge, so I'm chopping it up this week. I'm going to jiggle with my points along the lines of the Wendie plan and I really need to start exercising again. I'm aiming for 2lb loss this week

So frustrating, the points and exercise are the same each week. And the week I lose I lose big...I'd just like to see some loss each week....more consistant.
Last day of the month and I'm at 245, down from 268 in October when I started this journey.
My weight loss is never steady except for when it is -- ha ha ha!
Over Christmas, I was sure I'd put on weight or at least not lose, but I lost faster than normal, and then this month, one big drop and the past 10 days I'm holding steady at 245. Probably because I'm getting my period tonight/tomorrow. I bet by the end of next week I'll be down 2 pounds. We'll see!
