  • I haven't posted here in a while...had to go all the way back to see what my goal for 9/15 was...ulp...248. That may be tough, since the 6# I gained on vacation put me aquarely on 260. ouch.

    So...12 lbs in a week? Hmmm, better get out the enema bag...

  • Weighing in at 205.5 this morning. Wanna place bets on my getting below 200 EVER! Never mind, it's 3 pounds less than last week - the same 3 pounds I've been gaining and losing for years.

    the 194.5 didn't last through the weekend (too much restaraunt food) BUT I am happy to report that I did lose 1 1/2 pounds this week. Here are my current numbers:

    198/195.5/130

    I am determined to get well down below that 195 mark this week. Why does this have to be so difficult??
  • Girls, girls,girls,girls,girls....you won't believe this...I didn't....
    I'm at 187 today!!!!! Two pounds lower than last week. How in the world did that happen?????? Don't look a gift horse in the mouth and don't eat too much horse meat or put horse meat in your mouth...and drink alot of water...and exercise...not that I've been exercising....love, Soozie
