September Weigh-Ins!

  • so the august thread was really helpful in helping me to keep track of my losses....and to stop me from weighing every single day, so I figured I'd start a september one (even though I already posted this in the august one before I realized it wasn't august anymore...haha)


    Last week - 222.6
    This week - 220.9

    loss - 1.7 lbs.


    but I also think I may be retaining water because I had some very salty chips yesterday. I planned for them, so I stayed OP....but I didn't drink much water afterwords.

    Whatever, a loss is a loss and I'm content. Plus, now I've lost 25 lbs! that's a lot. that puts me over 1/4 of the way to my goal

    Here is my stats

    Last Week- 323.5
    This Week- 320.8

    A loss of 2.7 pounds. And during my TOM as well. I am shocked!
    This makes it 10.2 pounds that I have lost since I started keeping track. I am pumped.
  • I hit goal today. Last week I was about .8 from goal. Now I just have to stay between 127-133!
  • Last week- 297.6 lbs
    This week- 296 lbs
    Loss: 1.6 lbs

    I attribute this to the fact that they fed me juice, broth, and jello for a full day and I haven't been able to eat large amounts of food. I may come out of this appendectomy a few lbs lighter, which would be the only good thing about it!

  • Well, I'm very disappointed in myself...

    I slipped up this past week. My mom bought two tubs of cookie dough, so I ended up eating half of one before I even knew it, plus I had burgers and fries and wasn't keeping track of my points...

    Lets just say I got off track.

    GOOD NEWS is that I'm officially wearing size 18 jeans and they are comfortable. Maybe I didn't lose weight but I lost inches? idk...I haven't been measuring inches. It doesn't matter though, I just need to get back on track is all.

    SO, hopefully next week will be better. lol
  • Okay, I'm going to weigh in today even though I normally do it on saturdays because I won't have access to a scale tomorrow.

    This week - 211.0

    Loss - 2.8 lbs!


    I guess I was able to get back on track alright...lol. I'm super exited about this...if I can keep losing this much every week...I'll be in onederland in NO time!
