i'm having trouble staying motivated and i think having a personal buddy who's going through the same thing would help a very muchso.

UGH! where were you two years ago?? :D i lived in arizona for 10 years and just moved back to san fran bay area last september. that was the hardest part about trying to stay healthy in az, i didn't have anyone willing to do it with me.

hey you should check out Bookmans Used Books in Mesa on Country Club Drive and Southern. i don't know if they still offer it but for about a year i attended free belly dance sessions there. i had no clue what i was doing and was terrible at it but the class was for beginners so i wasn't the only one! an hour a week and i really started to tone up in the first couple months. when i moved, the classes were on haitus but they might be back now. also check out the local parks and recs community education classes. most all towns in the east valley and phx offer cheap exercise and dance classes that you can pay for (like $5/class) only when you attend.

oh geez.
i should check this more often.
it really doesn't matter if it's tempe.
i just want some girls to yap about food, exercise and getting unfat.
