Back on the horse

Hey everyone!I haven't been around much as a lot of things got on top of me and sadly I had a two funerals to go too, friends but still hard to deal with and I fell off the wagon!However because I'm quite active I have been lucky not to gain any weight.So here I am, ready to make a renewed committment to myself and hopefully catch up with everyone elses weightloss journeys:D
