  • My knee is acting up again (i tore ligaments during cheer last year) so i have to take it easy.

    60 min. power pump, 30. min treadmill, 90 min. throwing workout. = 180 min today.

  • i'm so disappointed in myself. i broke my awesome streak for working out. didn't do anything yesterday. i fell into the trap of bad thinking habits. i had a fight w/ a friend and then just couldn't bring myself to do anything went home last night and crawled into bed. boooo. i will have stuff to add for this weekend though!! i'm not going to let this stop me like it would have in the past.

  • Joining back up again...I was hiding b/c I stopped working out :/

    Started working out again today for the first time in 3 and a half months!...I'm tired and I feel like I have a lot of work to do to get my body back to where it was...sigh....

    since march is almost over, my personal goal for the remainder will be 500....
