I just did 25 minutes on the treadmill. I wanted to do more, but I had (and still have) and icky headache that I woke up with this morning. I also really need to make some personal goals. I'll work on that for next month.

Myself, slow day (will not include unspecified V-day activities, LOL) but managed 20 minutes on the bike and a 10 minute run

367 + 30 = 397

Ugh.. I wish I had some hours to add to the monthly total! I've really lost motivation this past week, though, and I haven't been to the gym once. I can really tell the difference in my overall attitude, so I am vowing to get back on the horse for this next week...

I'm really sorry I haven't posted lately, I had a symphony concert and MANY practices before to prep for it! I will exercise today, A LOT to make up for those three days!
Nelibaby- thanks for helping out Tanisha I really appreciate that!

Great job all of you! I'm so proud of all your work and I know we can make 7500 but the end of month! Lets go ladies!

I only did a half an hour of Jane today. :( I AM going to do WAY more tomorrow! grrrrrrr, I am not very happy with myself but I have to press on!

I've done 30 minutes a day since Feb 11 - exercises for my physio and biking.

Group - 6735 + 180 = 6915

Hi all! Finally got my butt in gear and did an hour of Callanetics... and it's back to the gym tomorrow morning!

And thanks for the motivation, Rainlady! You may have explained it before, but how long have you been working towards that 2000?! 700 hours of exercise boggles the mind!
