An hour and a half of yoga for me today, which made me feel so much more relaxed after a really draining couple of days. Haven't been to yoga in years, probably, and now I am wishing I could fit it in more than once a week!

I started a new video called Tae-Bo! Good golly did that hurt. It was a combination of yoga, cardio, and kickboxing. Insane! Picture this after 20 minutes I was sweating like a pig. I felt like I hopped out of the bath. I know gross! It gave me a really nice workout though!
