SO HAPPY I LOST 5 LBS AND MY HUBBY HAS LOST 10!!! I cant wait to see the lbs flying off lol!

No regular soda.... for the first 3 days this killed me! And being accountable for what I eat counting EVERY point. and not letting my self even look at the tempting items and when i did id look up the points and see they are not worth it.
