Hello!

Yes I am a newbie to the forum (despite the fact I joined up aaages ago). I was actually really happy to find a while section dedicated to us Alties so decided to make this place my first port of call!!

My name is Jen :) I am 20 (almost 21 shhh) and I have abut 3 stone to lose. I'm fed up of being wobbly and not being able to fit into all my pretty gothy dresses anymore (Considering I have a gorgeous one from Sinister I've worn twice and can't fit into anymore!!).

I like working out to a mixture of Pop and Metal and Industrial type music. Favourite bands to work out to are After Forever, Epica, Sonata Arctica, Emilie Autumn, Birthday Massacre, Ayreon, Nightwish, Dresden Dolls (it is possible!) amongst many many others.

Hi Jen, welcome! I'm a newbie too. For some reason I can never remember how much a stone is so I googled it, and that's about how much I want to lose too! And I think that's how I'm going to start thinking about it, I like thinking that better than "42 pounds." It sounds more important somehow, ha! I've got a beautiful dress I can't wait to get into too... I'm pretty positive that this time I can do it, too!
