Today, I have had trouble motivating to exercise (damn TOM starts tomorrow prolly) but my eating has been pretty spot on.
B: 3 slices Bacon and 2 eggs with grilled onions and peppers, 2 tbsp sour cream, coffee 1/2 cup milk
L:Cabbage, cauli, celery stir-fry with leftover pork chops in it
S:Coffee w/ 1/2 cup milk, celery and 1 tbsp peanut butter

I am thawing a huge pack of ground beef. It will be something eventually.
OK, officially tomorrow, I will start a real diet. I think I need a lot of structure. As much as I love calorie counting, I think I need a little bit of restriction, since I have a tendency to binge. I did fat smash 2 years ago, and it helped me lose weight. Unfortunately, I decided to stop it and gained mucho amounts of weight.
count me in for ten pounds. i guess that's right. i'm in uncharted territory as far as weight goes, and what i really want to do is lose the rest of this jelly belly and tone. so this should do it.
