Has anyone used (sucessfully) any weightloss supplements? I am getting ready to start using NV and I was just wondering about it, and about other supplements. Thanks!

What is NV?

Have you taken a look in the "Does It Work" Forum . . . most of those types of supplements have been discussed over there.

I'v tried NV, and it did not work for me.

That wasn't a very helpful response above, sorry. NV did not help me control my hunger, and I saw no difference in my hair/nails/skin either. I'm better off with a daily vitamin with a good B complex. The best thing that has helped my control my eating is a planned menu everyday, coupled with self-dicipline. The only supplement I ever had success with was the original dexatrim, which is now off the market, since it containes phenylpropanalomine.

I am using Body Balance tea found in the health food section of your grocery store. It helps to eliminate waste from the body and believe me it works.
