OK, joined my WW class today - thought I was about 15 and a half stone, turns out I'm 14 stone 12 Lbs. OK, still too high but I'm pleased.

So - Now I am REALLY ready to commit! I'm aiming to be 14 stone 10 Lbs this time next week.
