    My goal this month is to walk to work each morning and then back home each evening which is about a 45 minute walk each way.

    Today I worked out with my hand weights for about 30 minutes.
  • Monday: 35 minute walk to work, 20 minute walk at lunch,35 minute walk home.
  • Tuesday: 35 minute walk home from work, 30 minute walk at lunch.

    Wed: 30 minute walk to work, 20 minute walk on errand for work, 30 minute walk at lunch.
  • Thursday: 35 minute walk home from work.
  • Wed - 1 hour Yoga
    Thurs - 30 minutes weights, lower body
  • 30min. Cathe Friedrick's newbie step aerobics! (The one that comes with the step , heh)

    Ya gotta start somewhere right? I think I need a mat or something to put my step on though, carpet is a tad dangerous.
  • Fri - 30 minutes weights, upper body
    Sat - 0
    Sun - 1 hour Yoga
    Mon - 12 minutes on the rowing machine
  • Friday: 35 minute walk to work, 35 minute walk home
    Saturday: 1 hour walking
    Sunday - day off

    Monday: 30 minutes of yoga tape
    Tuesday: 30 minute walk at lunch
    Wednesday: 30 minute walk at lunch, 35 minute walk home
    Thursday: 30 minute walk at lunch, 30 minute walk running errands
  • Wed: 1 hour Yoga class
    Fri: 1 hour weights, lower and upper body
  • Friday: 30 minute walk at lunch, 35 minute walk home from work
    Saturday: 40 minutes of yoga
  • Sun: 1 hour Yoga
    Tue: 30 minutes lower body weights
  • Way to go everyone!!

    Mon: 45min Bollywood Dance aerobics
    Tues: 30min Stretch for Flexibility
  • Sunday - day off
    Monday - Sick
    Tuesday - 30 minute walk at lunch
    Wednesday -35 minute walk home from work
  • Wed: 1 hour Yoga
    Thurs: 30 minutes weights, upper body
  • Fri: 20 minutes rowing machine
    Sat: Yard work and cleaning
    Sun: 1 hour yoga class
    Mon: 20 minutes elliptical - first time on one of these. Every time I've tried one before its been a disaster, I'm horribly uncoordinated and could never get a rhythm going. I found one that didn't have the arms that move too and that seemed to help, except for my toes started to get pins and needles about 15 minutes in, it was very odd.
