I am over 50

I am over 50 years old and love to cook spatially Russian food.

For example just basic tomato salat...

fresh tomatoes, cut little bit salt, mayonnaise. sour cream ...

Taste yummy...

I turned 50 13 years ago and am now in the best shape of my life. Sure I don't heal from any injuries as fast as I used to, but eating right and working out three times a week keeps me feeling good. I love being older.
