I'm back and I'm gonna be 50!
 

Hi Everyone!

I used to frequent this site and lost so much weight with the wonderful support here. Sadly, I've gained back much of what I lost, but I'm getting back on track. My 50th birthday is this month, it's time to get it together.

I'm using Loseit to track calories, and this time around my husband is doing this with me! We are going to be so svelte. :-)

Hey, Llilith! I think I remember you! I've just moved over from the 40's group too! There doesn't seem to be much going on here in 50+ land at the mo; I and at least one other 50something are hanging out in the 100lb club, though I stop by here weekly for the weekly weigh-in thread... I'm not really using any particular plan, but I'm using myfitnesspal, mostly because I think it's fun to scan things :lol: On the whole, I'm just trying to eat right, small portions, and get more exercise. Week one weigh in today and I lost 7 pounds. :-) The first week is always the best. LOL
