I will be age 50 by end of 2018

I will be age 50 by the end of 2018. I am trying to lose about 15-20 lbs (hopefully by end of June, 2018). I started the Dukan Diet this week. So, have made it through "Attack Phase" (3 days of pure lean protein) and now I have 60 days of "Cruise Phase" (alternating days of pure protein, called "PP" days, with protein and veggie, called "PV" days). I started to work on dropping this weight on Jan. 1, 2018. Saturdays are my weigh-in days. March, 2018 march 10: 174.2 lbs March 17: 170.8 lbs |
