Finally Dropping Water Weight, ahhhh.

I switched the size of my lil plastic water

:no::no::no::yoga:

bottles to a smaller mini size, and i think that is helping me Not to over hydrate my belly so much.

Its cooling down too so I am drinking less water as well.

Thus I have almost dropped 5 Lbs, thank you Jesus,

Amen.:no::no::yes::yes::m:

Over hydrated belly= Meaning to drink too much water

resulting in a super bloated belly post meals plus extra water hydration(drank) all day long too. It all affects my jelly belly. Now is seemingly flatter and spotting on pre menses again. So it may have been PMS which I get very badly:dizzy: every 2 weeks.

This is very interesting to me. I began WW on 7/19/16. When I began it, I forced myself to start drinking water, something I didn't do much of. I forced down 64 oz. a day. Two days later I began spotting. You need to understand I have been in menopause for about 4 years give or take a few months. Have had less than 10 periods in a 5 year span. So, I started spotting on the 21st of July, it became a full fledged period that lasted for 2 weeks. It stopped for a week, then I began spotting again and a week later began another full fledged period. With what you posted, it is possible this is from drinking water, which my body wasn't used to?

You ought to ask a female gyny specialist that ?

I majored in social studies only?

But I hope you stop bleeding too much.

I am always taking antacids(OTC) for a heartburn and upset stomach. I drink acidic beverages like lemonade and caffeinated flavor water powders mixed w/ water. Sometimes that agitates my stomach and I have bled from this too. Have a physical from your gen MD as well, just in case.

That only means that i feel like drinking too much water makes my tummy retain more water in this area than w/o drinking so much water. Hydrate = replenish myself w/ water, juices, diet sodas, etc...low cal liquids.

My relative thought she was bleeding from 1 area but it ended up being blood that was originated from her intestinal and stomach area. It all exits the urethra but its from her stomach so I would see a Dr to take any nec tests she had to have sev scans and sonograms.
