Dinner was lovely last night. Very pleasant evening with a little bit of indulgence, but not too much. I dont think my overall calories for the day were too high.
Yesterday:
B- water melon and coffee (weird combo)
L-fruit and nut mix
D- Duck with olives and pasta and a few slices of salami pizza
S- 1 glass of white wine and a small cocktail
ex- 100 calories on crosstrainer
1 hour or more of cleaning the house
