How to Break a Bad Habit

  • This article was in our newspaper yesterday. It is actually advertising a book, and the book applies to all bad habits, but it could be applied to bad eating habits we all have from time to time.

    The only pointer than I might disagree with is "Make your goals public." That could backfire, when your family, friends and associates become the food police and start to question everything they see you eat.
